Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Executive Secretary to support the executive team in day-to-day tasks.
This role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Schedules: Organize the executive’s appointments, meetings, and events.
Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and messages, and ensure the executive is informed.
Prepare Documents: Create reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks after meetings.
Travel and Events: Book travel arrangements and assist with organizing company events.
Office Support: Maintain office supplies and help with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretary role.
Skills:
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to keep information confidential.
