Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the executive’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other communications.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Handle visa applications and travel-related documentation.
Office Management:
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment for the executive’s office.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Task Management:
Manage special projects or tasks assigned by the executive.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
