Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters relating to the CFO’s office and must possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Manage the CFO’s complex schedule, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
Communication Hub: Screen and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft professional memos, letters, and reports.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings to take precise minutes, and follow up on action items.
Document Control: Maintain highly confidential financial and corporate records, ensuring a secure and organized filing system.
Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly between the CFO’s office, department heads, and external stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience assisting C-level executives (CFO, CEO, or Directors), preferably within financial environments.
Skills:
Flawless written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with unmatched attention to detail.
