Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary to the Chairman to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to the Chairman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and coordinate confidential documents, reports, presentations, and minutes
- Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, action points, and strategic initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate board meetings and executive communications
- Support day-to-day executive operations and special projects as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar senior role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern office systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
