Description

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Secretary to the Board of Director to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Candidates with an accounting background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Board of Directors
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
Draft and translate letters, emails, and meeting minutes in Arabic and English
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation
Track action items and follow up on management directives
Assist in preparing financial summaries, reports, and administrative records
Organize and maintain an efficient document management and filing system
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in executive secretarial, administrative, or accounts-related roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Accounting knowledge or experience will be an added advantage
Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
