Description
A reputed company in Bahrain is seeking a professional and experienced Executive Secretary / Admin Officer to support daily office operations and HR functions.
Requirements:
-Female candidates only
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
-Experience in recruitment and manpower coordination (local & overseas)
-Strong knowledge of LMRA procedures, GOSI, and payroll processing
-Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and documentation management
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to handle confidential information and support management operations.
Responsibilities:
-Managing office correspondence, documentation, and records
-Handling recruitment, CV screening, and manpower coordination
-Coordinating with management for administrative and HR tasks
-Handling LMRA processes, GOSI documentation, and payroll coordination
-Scheduling meetings, maintaining reports, and assisting with office administration
