A company specializing in GRC and UHPC façade systems is seeking a Façade Design Manager to lead façade design, structural coordination, and technical delivery from design development through fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and engineering of GRC/GFRC and UHPC façade systems.
• Manage and review shop, fabrication, erection, and as-built drawings.
• Oversee structural calculations for façade panels, steel frames, brackets, anchors, embeds, and connections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, BIM teams, production teams, and site engineers.

• Manage technical submissions, RFIs, design approvals, and design schedules.
• Resolve design and installation issues and develop practical value engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with proven experience leading façade design teams.
• Direct experience in GRC/GFRC or UHPC façade design and detailing.
• Strong understanding of façade structural behaviour, fixing systems, fabrication, and installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant structural analysis software, such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Tekla, and BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of applicable EN, ASTM, BS, and ACI standards.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility.
• Excellent command of English; GCC experience is preferred.
