We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facility Engineer to join our team and manage the technical operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Requirements:

Education: 3-Year Diploma or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of overall experience in Facility Management (FM).

Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage, troubleshoot, and execute work on all MEP systems (HVAC, fire safety, power distribution, water supply, and drainage).

Core Responsibilities:

The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the full range of maintenance and operational tasks, including:

MEP Operations: Managing the day-to-day operation, inspection, and maintenance of all critical MEP equipment and infrastructure.

Maintenance Supervision: Overseeing and directing the in-house maintenance team and external contractors.

Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnosing faults and implementing solutions across electrical and mechanical systems.

Reporting: Preparing technical reports, maintaining logs, and managing records related to maintenance and system performance.

Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with local safety standards and operational codes.
