What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise the plumbing maintenance team
Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs
Train and mentor team members to achieve high standards

What We’re Looking a Licensed/Certified plumber (or Mechanical Engineer)
Minimum [5] years of plumbing experience, with at least [3] years in a supervisory role
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
