We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day execution of maintenance across our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and coordinating hands-on work on all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Requirements;

Education: Technical Diploma (ITI, Vocational, or 3-Year Diploma) in Electrical or Mechanical Trade.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Facility Maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Technical Skills: Proven ability to supervise, troubleshoot, and execute repairs on MEP systems (HVAC, fire safety, power distribution, water supply, and drainage).

Core Responsibilities;

The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for the full range of maintenance and operational tasks, including:

MEP Operations: Direct supervision of daily maintenance, inspection, and repair work on critical MEP equipment.

Maintenance Supervision: Overseeing and directing the in-house technical team and ensuring timely completion of assigned work orders.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving immediate technical faults in the field.

Reporting: Assisting the Facility Engineer with preparing daily work reports and maintaining job site logs.

Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the maintenance team follows all job-specific safety procedures and compliance standards.
