About the Role

We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to oversee the management and maintenance of site and camp facilities.

This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and a high standard of living for residents.

The Facility Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager for site-related facilities and the HR Manager for accommodation and resident welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accommodation facilities, ensuring room allocation, security, and essential supplies distribution
• Oversee facility maintenance including utilities, pest control, and landscaping
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols in coordination with the Safety Team
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and facility staff, conducting induction and training sessions
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, expenses, and daily facility updates
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness
