Responsibility:
Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met.
Lead and motivate production staff to maintain high performance
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
Coordinate with management on workflow improvements and inventory control
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and production processes
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
Must be transferrable iqama.
