About the Role

We’re hiring experienced Retail/Fashion Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you love fashion, know how to deliver a memorable customer experience, and can start right away, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities :-

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provide styling advice and exceptional customer service
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
Handle POS transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately
Manage stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and CRM

Requirements

5+ years of fashion retail sales experience (boutique or multi-brand)
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong fashion sense and product knowledge (fits, fabrics, trends)
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Comfortable with shifts/weekends/holiday trading hours
Locally available in Bahrain with a transferable visa; can join immediately.
