Description

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team at a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, experience operating different types of coffee machines and equipment, and strong customer service skills.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and maintain high standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while providing excellent service to compound residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including different types of coffee.
- Operate espresso machines, automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of coffee machines.
- Greet residents and guests, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service.
- Handle residents' requests, preferences, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and manage coffee and beverage supplies.

Job Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barista.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
- Experience operating different types of coffee machines and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly when dealing with compound residents and guests.
- Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of service.
