We are seeking an accomplished and highly professional Female Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multifaceted responsibilities across HR, office management, sales, and marketing. With a high-profile presence and exceptional organizational skills, she will serve as a key enabler of operational efficiency and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the executive's primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on tasks.
• Prepare and review high-level reports, presentations, and business correspondence with precision.
• Represent the executive in internal and external meetings, maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
Human Resources Management:
• Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and training coordination.
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee relations initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Act as a liaison between HR and employees, addressing queries and ensuring effective communication.
Office Management:
• Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring an organized and productive work environment.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory control for office supplies.
• Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and workshops.
Sales and Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media and content creation.
Stakeholder Relations:
• Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in HR, office management, sales, and marketing.
• Skills:
