Job Title: Female Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Admin

Location: Bahrain
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Perform administrative and office support tasks
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
Handle correspondence, data entry, and office reports
Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organized and presentable
Support management with day-to-day administrative activities

Requirements

Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred
