We are looking for a Female Office Administrator to join our team.

Location Preference: Candidates from Gudaibiya / Hoora Area

Experience: 0–1 Year

Required Skills:

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Basic Accounting knowledge

Invoice preparation

Quotation preparation

Basic VAT filing knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

Handling daily office administrative tasks

Preparing invoices and quotations

Assisting with basic accounts and VAT-related work

Maintaining office records and documents

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
