Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Female Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting team members in administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and employee activities.
Ensure the office environment is neat, welcoming, and functional.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office coordination or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving skills.
