Female Office Coordinator / Marketing Executive Required
A growing Management Consultancy and Document Clearance company in Hoora, Manama ( All Over Bahrain ) is looking for an energetic and professional Female Office Coordinator / Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and office administration
Coordinate visa, LMRA, GOSI, CPR, EWA, and document clearance services
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
Create marketing content, posts, and advertisements
Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships
Assist with company formation and consultancy services
Maintain office records and documentation
Support daily business operations and customer service
Requirements:
Must be currently in Bahrain
Flexi Visa or Transferable Visa preferred
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in social media marketing and customer service
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage
Experience in LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, MOH, EWA, and visa services is preferred
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply
