Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director
Maintain confidential records and information
Perform general administrative and office support duties
Helps in organizing Events
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
