Description
We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Female Receptionist to join our team and serve as the face of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar front-desk or administrative role and is confident in handling a variety of day-to-day office tasks.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, greeting visitors, and supporting our team with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and reception area
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing
Ensure all visitor and office protocols are followed properly.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office equipment
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
