Job Description:
We are looking for a female receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in online room or flat bookings and knowledge of hospitality management software, handle guest reservations, check-ins, and ensure smooth communication with guests and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online bookings from platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and TripAdvisor
• Update room/flat availability and prices through hospitality software
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries politely and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Female candidate with a pleasant and professional personality
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with hospitality software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, eZee, or similar)
• Familiar with online travel agency (OTA) platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and TripAdvisor
• Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude
