Description
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and responsible female receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries & student registrations
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain records
• Manage payments, receipts & daily cash tracking
• Coordinate between instructors and clients
• Assist in basic office administration
Requirements:
• Female candidate only
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Must be good with numbers and record-keeping
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Organized, punctual, and responsible
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
