Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Receptionist / Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive/manager. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain confidentiality, and handle diverse responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

2. Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff, clients, or external parties.
• Monitor and follow up on projects, deadlines, and tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Research and gather information for decision-making purposes.

3. General Assistance:

• Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for easy access to information.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a executive assistant role.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
