We are looking for a professional and organized Female Secretary to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be confident, reliable, and able to handle daily administrative and office tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, documents, and meeting notes
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist management with day-to-day tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Female candidate currently in Bahrain
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Employment Details:

• Location: Bahrain
• Working Hours: (8 to 5) from Saturday to Thursday
• Salary: (based on experience)
