Description

A Newly-established construction company is looking for a dedicated and professional Female Secretary to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Organize and maintain company documents and records.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Coordinate with different departments as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a secretary or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of construction industry terminology is a plus.
