Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Female Secretary to provide personalized administrative and executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages)
Assist with travel planning and bookings
Maintain confidential records and files
Support with office administration
Coordinate with vendors, clients, or business partners as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or secretary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional demeanor with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Flexible availability
