Description
A reputed business group in Bahrain is looking for a smart, organized, and professional female secretary to work directly with the Director.
This is a trusted position requiring strong communication skills and discretion.
Location: Bahrain
Reporting To: Director
Salary: BHD 800–950 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director’s daily schedule and appointments
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports
Prepare letters, documents, and presentations in English
Coordinate travel plans, bookings, and visa arrangements
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments
Maintain office files and ensure smooth communication flow
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, reliable, and capable of working independently
Experience in executive or personal assistant roles is preferred
Only female candidates will be considered
Preferred nationalities: European, Russian, CIS countries, Latina
Must be based in Bahrain or able to join on short notice
