Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
5Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle payments and operate the POS system effectively.
Assist in various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
