Description
Requirement: Field Supervisor – Irrigation
Experience: 5+ Years
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role; or
High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
Experience supervising irrigation, landscaping, or general service operations.
Role:
Supervise field personnel, coordinate daily irrigation activities, ensure compliance with client specifications and standards, and maintain quality and productivity at site.
