Job Role:

Field Verification Officer will conduct physical and tele-verification checks related to: Address Verification Employment Verification Education Verification Reference & Other Background Checks
This role is field-intensive and requires strict adherence to compliance protocols, documentation accuracy
Responsibilities: Conduct physical visits for address verification as per case allocation
Visit employer offices (where required) to validate employment details
Coordinate with educational institutions for document and credential verification (physical visit if applicable)
Perform telephonic verifications as per defined SOP
Collect supporting documents and capture geo-tagged photos via official systems

Eligibility Criteria:

1–4 years of experience in Field Verification / BGV / Banking / Telecom / Collections / Field Sales / Any
Comfortable with extensive local travel Vehicle with valid driving license preferred with own vehicle
Arabic Speaking / Understanding must
WFH, needs to travel while collecting or verifying documents
Familiarity with mobile apps and reporting systems
Should have valid Iqama
