Description

Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce website.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Provide styling advice and exceptional customer service
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
Handle POS transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately
Manage stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and CRM
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other administrative software.
Strong fashion sense and product knowledge (fits, fabrics, trends)
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Comfortable with shifts/weekends/holiday trading hours
Locally available in Bahrain with a transferable visa; can join immediately.
