We are looking for a motivated and compassionate female counselor who is fluent in Tagalog (Philippine) and English to join our team.

As the voice of our institution, will play a key role in engaging with students and parents, promoting our academic programs, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to parents and students to provide information about our academic programs.
Explain course details, admission procedures, and the benefits of enrolling in our institution.
Address queries and provide necessary guidance to potential students and their parents.
Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with interested candidates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic and career paths.
Offer support and advice to help students overcome personal or academic challenges.
Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote personal growth and development
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any specialization
Experience in Admission counseling
Passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career goals
