We are looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join our new venture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.
Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and trade finance operations.
Provide strategic financial advice to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing LCs and banking transactions.
Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic and English.
CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus
