Our Company Al-Bassami Group Co. requires a well-efficient and experienced Finance Manger.

The Financing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial stability by securing necessary funds to support ongoing projects, managing cash flow shortages, and overseeing all financing and banking activities. The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic foresight, and experience in managing complex financing needs typical in the contracting and construction sector — including project-based funding, performance bonds, and bank guarantees

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial management, treasury, or banking, preferably within a contracting or construction company.

• Proven record of managing project financing and maintaining strong banking relationships inside KSA

• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, trade finance instruments, and project-based financial cycles.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
