Job Description.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Team Leadership and Development Lead, develop, and train a team of finance professionals to ensure optimal performance and skill enhancement.
•Record-to-Report Process Management
Oversee the end-to-end record-to-report process, including: Month-end closing activities.
Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
Balance sheet reviews and monthly variance analysis.
Inventory control, including problem stock reviews, stock reconciliations, and stock position/days reviews.
Margins and overheads analysis.
•Financial Controlling and Compliance
Manage complete financial control for the entity, including: Coordination and management of statutory and internal audits.
Compliance with indirect tax regulations (VAT ).
•Master Data Management Oversee supplier, item, and price code creation.
Review and approve changes to master data.
•Credit Control and Receivables Management Implement and manage credit control processes.

Monitor receivables and conduct monthly reviews.
Track marketing expenses, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely submission of claims to
