Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage thes financial operations of multiple business units.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local gelations.
• Provide stratagic financial insights to support mana? gement decisions.
• Supervise accounting staff and improve internal control systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role (real estate and restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and Bahrain's f inancial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizationarl skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relate! field (CPA/CFA is a plus).
