We are seeking a skilled & detail-oriented finishing carpenter with a strong background in interior fit-out works to join our expanding team executing residential / commercial fit-out projects, description below:

Read & understand blueprints & shop drawings.
Produce & install custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, trims, molding, and wall paneling.
Perform precise measuring, cutting, and assembling of wood components.
Deep understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all worksite installations meet high-quality standards & safety regulations.
Collaborate with project coordinators, supervisors, and other trades on-site.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in carpentry, focused furniture finishing.
Valid & transferable Bahrain local visa / Residency Permit (CR) is highly preferred.
Driving license is preferred, not mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates available in Bahrain (local transfer).

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive monthly salary: BD. 170 to BD. 250/- (depending on experience & skill set) + OT.
