Are you an experienced Fit-Out Engineer looking to work on large-scale, high-end projects in Saudi Arabia? We are seeking skilled expatriate professionals to join our growing team and contribute to prestigious developments including hotels, commercial complexes, and major public buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate fit-out construction drawings (layouts, ceilings, elevations, details) for guest rooms, public areas, banquet halls, and more
Identify drawing discrepancies and collaborate with design teams; prepare meeting reports
Develop material demand plans (stone, wood veneer, wallpaper, paint, stainless steel, fixed furniture, etc.)
Manage material submissions, samples, and technical documentation; track approvals
Prepare/review method statements and technical documents for fit-out works
Ensure compliance with process standards and quality requirements
Maintain proper documentation: inspection records, concealed works, material reports, and as-built drawings
Coordinate between fit-out, civil, MEP, and fa?ade teams using BIM and drawings
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Civil Defense, and international hotel standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) (Architecture/Interior Design discipline)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in fit-out construction
Proven involvement in large-scale projects (≥100,000 m?) such as hotels, malls, hospitals, or stadiums
Strong knowledge of fit-out systems: walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and furniture installations
Familiar with quality control, defect rectification, and site coordination
Understanding of SBC requirements, fire safety, and environmental standards
Experience with hotel standards (e.g., room size, accessibility design) is a plus
