Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily fleet and transportation operations.
Manage vehicle allocation, scheduling, and driver assignments.
Monitor vehicle movement through GPS/fleet management systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operational costs.
Maintain vehicle, driver, insurance, registration, and inspection records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.
Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, suppliers, and project/site management.
Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and Saudi regulations.
2. Fleet Supervisor

Experience Required: 8–10 years
Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily fleet and transportation activities.
Manage and monitor drivers and vehicle operations.
Ensure proper vehicle allocation and timely dispatch.
Monitor GPS tracking, driver performance, and vehicle utilization.
Follow up on vehicle breakdowns, accidents, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
Monitor fuel consumption and fleet operating costs.
Maintain accurate fleet documentation and operational records.
Prepare regular fleet performance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and transportation regulations.
