We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Linehaul Coordinator with strong expertise in Saudi port container transportation, import/export handling, and fleet coordination.

Position Summary

The Fleet & Linehaul Coordinator will manage end-to-end port container transportation operations, including fleet allocation, driver coordination, FASAH transporter registration, terminal handling, and coordination with clients and brokers.
The role requires strong operational control, real-time coordination, and deep knowledge of Saudi port transport procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Port Container Operations
Coordinate import and export container transportation from Saudi ports.
Manage container pick-up and delivery from major ports including:
Jeddah Islamic Port
King Abdulaziz Port – Dammam
King Abdullah Port
Perform transporter-side registration in FASAH.
Link truck, trailer, container, and driver details in the FASAH system.
Book terminal appointments and monitor gate-in/gate-out status.
Coordinate with customs brokers for shipment readiness (transport scope only).
Assign trucks and drivers based on shipment requirements (20ft / 40ft / flatbed).
Monitor GPS tracking and ensure on-time delivery.
Control demurrage and detention exposure.
Manage empty container return procedures.
Maintain daily dispatch and fleet utilization reports.
Coordinate directly with clients, brokers, terminal operators, and drivers.

Fleet & Linehaul Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate linehaul movements across Saudi regions.
Ensure all vehicle documents are valid prior to port entry.
Monitor driver trip sheets and Proof of Delivery (POD).
Handle operational issues such as port congestion, delays, or breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with Saudi transport regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Saudi port container transport operations.
Strong knowledge of FASAH transporter registration process.
Proven experience in fleet and linehaul coordination.
Familiarity with Saudi inland transportation routes and tariffs.
Experience coordinating with shipping lines and terminal operators.

Skills Required

Strong operational coordination and dispatch management skills.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced port operations environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and transport reporting systems.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
