We are seeking a highly motivated Fleet Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and proper maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a large fleet, including cars, trucks, or commercial vehicles.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance and scheduling plans to optimize fleet performance.
• Oversee and coordinate a team of drivers and technicians.
• Utilize Fleet Management Software and vehicle tracking systems to monitor and improve fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including rental companies and maintenance providers.
• Make quick and informed decisions in emergency situations related to maintenance or accidents.

Requirements:

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in fleet management or transportation management.
• Proven expertise in managing large fleets and diverse vehicle types.
• Strong experience in planning and organizing fleet operations.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Fleet Management Software and GPS vehicle tracking systems.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and service providers.
• Effective decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
Languages:
• English and Arabic proficiency is preferred.
