The Fleet Superintendent ensures that all vehicles are maintained, compliant with safety standards, and utilized efficiently.

Bachelors in Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 7 Years of experience.

Fleet Management:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles used for camp operations.

Schedule regular maintenance checks and ensure vehicles are in good condition.

Transportation Coordination:
Arrange transportation for employee transfers between camps, ensuring timely and safe movement.
Coordinate the transportation of bedding materials, supplies, and waste disposal.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

Dispatch and Reporting:
Manage the dispatch of waste and other materials, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with disposal regulations.
Maintain dispatch logs and report any issues or discrepancies.

Resource Allocation:
Ensure efficient utilization of fleet resources, minimizing downtime and optimizing routes.

Coordinate with camp management to prioritize transportation needs.

Team Supervision:
Supervise fleet staff, including drivers and maintenance personnel.
Provide training and feedback to ensure high performance and compliance with safety standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and dispatch activities.

Report any incidents, damages, or compliance issues to the Manager - Accommodation/Logistics.

Coordination with Camp Management:
Work closely with Camp Supervisors and Camp Superintendents to ensure transportation needs are met.

Support emergency response efforts by providing transportation as needed.
