SSRV Arabiaa is seeking an experienced and highly competent FM Team Manager to oversee and coordinate our complete Facility Management operations, covering Cleaning, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, and General Facility Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of approximately **70 personnel.
- Manage day-to-day FM operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, preventive and corrective maintenance, and other facility services.
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and operational activities.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, safety, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, technicians, and service providers.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale, integrated FM operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance and soft services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a multidisciplinary team of 70 or more personnel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous FM management experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
