We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong background in infrastructure and road construction projects to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with site engineers and project management to resolve site issues.
Maintain daily work progress reports and ensure proper use of materials and resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in infrastructure and road construction projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
