A reputable company is seeking a responsible and experienced Foreman to supervise daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership abilities, practical site knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers according to project priorities.

Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of work.

Interpret construction drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project managers.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved standards.

Check the availability of materials, tools, and equipment before work begins.

Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment

Requirements

High school diploma, technical qualification, or relevant trade certification is preferred.

Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Team Leader is an advantage.

Practical knowledge of construction methods and site operations.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsible attitude toward quality, safety, and deadlines.
