Job description for freezer technician:
Diploma/Certificate in refrigeration and Air conditioning 2. Minimum 5 years experience in low temperature system /freezer unit -20 to -40 Deg. C with semi hermetic compressors like bitzer, Copland, frascold .
Operation of the system and trouble shooting
Defrost system - hot gas, & Electrical , configuration of controller like Dixcel , Eliwel, Sub-Zero etc.
Understanding of different refrigerant like R-22, R134a, R404a, R407 and other common refrigerants
Compressor safety cut out wiring and setting
Control wiring of refrigeration system , compressor motor split winding termination 220/380 V
Gas and oil charging
