Job Description – Fresher Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and promote company products/services.

Work on monthly sales and marketing targets assigned by the team.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Collect customer requirements, take orders, and coordinate with internal teams for fulfilment.

Identify new business opportunities and support marketing campaigns.

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and completed tasks.

Work with dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

Fresher candidates only (no prior experience required).

Must be willing to do field work daily.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly.

Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated.
