Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

The Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Build and maintain customer relationships & Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Attend promotional events as needed & Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Requirements:

• Saudi Female
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficient in using computer software and office equipment & Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
