Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Co-ordinator to join our shipping company.
The role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with basic office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Help with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform general office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Previous experience in a front desk or office role is a plus.
