Description

To oversee front desk operations and guarantee a flawless experience for our clients and guests, we are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal applicant will be the first point of contact, keeping the reception area neat and orderly while offering first-rate customer service and administrative support.

Job Role:
The role involves greeting guests, managing incoming calls, maintaining a clean reception area, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, handling customer complaints, coordinating deliveries, collaborating with departments, maintaining office supplies inventory, and adhering to company policies and procedures at the front desk.

Qualifications:

A high school degree or its equivalent is required; further office management or related industry certification is advantageous.
shown experience in a related position, ideally in a hectic setting.
proficiency with phone systems and office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
